Day 5

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with craisins, almonds, granola
Mid-morning: Orange Juice
Pre-lunch:  Greek yogurt, turkey and swiss cheese sandwich
Lunch:  Cobb Salad
Pre-workout:  Assault
Post-workout:  Resserect
Pre-dinner:  Turkey and swiss cheese sandwich
Dinner:  Chicken, 2 servings of pork fried rice, 1 serving of chow mein
