Day 2

Breakfast:  Sausage, egg, and cheese bagel
Midmorning:  Oatmeal with craisins/almonds, tsp of brown sugar
Pre-workout: Assault
Post-workout:  ABB Max Recovery
Pre-lunch: Turkey and swiss honey oat sandwich
Lunch:  Turkey and swiss cheese honey oat sandwich, 2 servings of veggies (broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower)
Pre-dinner:  Turkey and swiss cheese honey oat sandwich
Dinner:  Sweet potato, chicken tenderloin, corn
