Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Mid-morning:  banana
Pre-lunch:  turkey and swiss cheese  honey oat sandwich, greek yogurt
Lunch:  Beef Stew (3 servings)
Pre-workout:  Assault
Post-workout:  Ressurect
Pre-dinner:  Banana
Dinner:  Chicken tenderloins, broccoli, red potatoes
