Day 7

Breakfast: 2 servings of hashbrowns, 3 eggs in a basket
Pre-lunch: 3 chicken and rice burritos
Lunch:  Vegetable soup with crackers
Pre-dinner:  Guacomole chips
Dinner:  Beef Stew
Post-dinner:  Slice of chocolate cake

Every day this is also part of my diet: 
Daily Multi Vitamin, Fish Oil 1000mg, Cal/Mag 300 mg
Roughly less than a gallon of water a day.

Day 6

Breakfast: Big Steak omelette with a side of french toast
Pre-lunch: 2 hamburgers
Pre-workout: Assault
Post-workout:  Reserrect
Dinner:  Chicken tenderloins, broccoli, white rice

Day 5

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with craisins, almonds, granola
Mid-morning: Orange Juice
Pre-lunch:  Greek yogurt, turkey and swiss cheese sandwich
Lunch:  Cobb Salad
Pre-workout:  Assault
Post-workout:  Resserect
Pre-dinner:  Turkey and swiss cheese sandwich
Dinner:  Chicken, 2 servings of pork fried rice, 1 serving of chow mein

Day 4

Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Mid-morning:  banana
Pre-lunch:  turkey and swiss cheese  honey oat sandwich, greek yogurt
Lunch:  Beef Stew (3 servings)
Pre-workout:  Assault
Post-workout:  Ressurect
Pre-dinner:  Banana
Dinner:  Chicken tenderloins, broccoli, red potatoes

Day 3

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with craisins, almonds, tsp of brown sugar
Mid-morning:  Meal replacement (Fast Fuel)
Pre-lunch:  Turkey and swiss cheese honey oat sandwich, greek yogurt
Lunch:  Turkey and swiss cheese honey oat sandwich, 2 servings of veggies
Pre-workout:  2 scoops of iso
Post-workout:  ABB Max recovery
Pre-dinner:  banana
Dinner:  sweet potato, chicken tenderloin, corn

Day 2

Breakfast:  Sausage, egg, and cheese bagel
Midmorning:  Oatmeal with craisins/almonds, tsp of brown sugar
Pre-workout: Assault
Post-workout:  ABB Max Recovery
Pre-lunch: Turkey and swiss honey oat sandwich
Lunch:  Turkey and swiss cheese honey oat sandwich, 2 servings of veggies (broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower)
Pre-dinner:  Turkey and swiss cheese honey oat sandwich
Dinner:  Sweet potato, chicken tenderloin, corn

Breakfast- Sausage egg and cheese quesadalla , bottle of orange juice
Mid Morning- Turkey and swiss honey wheat sandwich
Mid Lunch- Turkey and Swiss honey wheat sandwich
Lunch- 2 servings of chicken salad Pre workout shake with 2 scoops of iso 100/1 scoop of assult
2- 8oz of water
Post workout-ABB MAXX Recovery
Dinner- Green Salad with 1 serving of rasberry vingerette and 3 servings of chicken tenderloin with white rice serving of ktchup and 1 serving of spicey asain sauce 8oz of water
