Day 1

Breakfast- Sausage egg and cheese quesadalla , bottle of orange juice
Mid Morning- Turkey and swiss honey wheat sandwich
Mid Lunch- Turkey and Swiss honey wheat sandwich
Lunch- 2 servings of chicken salad Pre workout shake with 2 scoops of iso 100/1 scoop of assult
2- 8oz of water
Post workout-ABB MAXX Recovery
Dinner- Green Salad with 1 serving of rasberry vingerette and 3 servings of chicken tenderloin with white rice serving of ktchup and 1 serving of spicey asain sauce 8oz of water
Post dinner-serving of salstas followed with 2 fishoil capsuals and 1 Vitaman c
